Microsoft Online Office Apps

To use Microsoft’s online Office apps, you’ll need a Microsoft account. If you already have a Hotmail or Outlook.com account, you can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Calendar, Contacts and other Microsoft apps through your your Microsoft login.

Just go to Outlook.com and sign in or create a new account. The online versions of Microsoft’s Office apps are easy to use, you don’t need to install anything, and they’re available from any computer through a web browser.

Gmail Online Office Apps

Just like Microsoft’s online Office apps, you can use Google’s online apps through any Gmail account.

Google’s versions of Word, Excel and other apps are very straight forward and easy to use, plus they’re extremely functional.

Some users who are used to Microsoft Office applications find the change over to using the Google apps a bit challenging, but if you stick with it you’ll find they’re incredible apps and worth spending the small amount of time it takes to get used to them.
